Franz Josef

Today I will take you to Franz Josef, this place is known for its great glacier. We were lucky to stay in this amazing Airbnb that had an amazing view out on the glacier.

The day of our arrival it was raining quite some time, the next morning it was foggy but after that the skies became clear and we saw the amazing view right there from the kitchen window, the Franz Josef glacier!

It is a big surprise when you see something like this and did not even know it was there the day of arrival!

We also went for a hike up to see the glacier from the lookout.
